About the Team!

Kelly Gentner launched her career in the mortgage industry in 1992 after graduating from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in business. She started by offering home loans to Michigan residents then moved to the wholesale side, working directly with loan officers, where she became Sales Manager for a residential mortgage team. After leaving the industry for a couple of years to work in real estate, she made her way back to lending. Kelly has been a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant for Danielle Boote for over 10 years, as Danielle has grown in her production and assembled a team to offer homeowners outstanding customer care and a wide range of product knowledge.

Michelle Julvezan stepped into the mortgage world in 1990 as a secretary. She transitioned to structuring loans, and then on to processing. She has been in closing, post-closing, and was a loan officer for a short time. When the market crashed in 2008, she involuntarily went to work outside of the industry for a while as a manager of an office complex, and then also worked in customer service. When the market settled around 2010, she came back to processing again and has been in that position ever since.
